This is also called Hamilton Lake, about 5 km from my house. This lake is smaller than Ngaroto; but quite good for a quickie sail when I don't feel like going too far away. However it is slightly too small for my boat because the boat ramp is too shallow for launching a 22-footer. I sail here as well as Lake Ngaroto, my home waters where we have regattas every weekend.
